I'm no medical expert, but that "euphoria" sounds more like the manic or hypomanic (more likely hypomanic if you are functioning) episode of bipolar disorder. Especially if you were prescribed Abilify in the past.

i have a racing mind with several posative thoughts, not so much ideas as just a feeling of euphoria, and ive felt this way for the past 3 months. i find myself grinding my teeth, anxious, overwhelmed with trying to help people with their problems or ideas, and it just wont stop!!! i sleep very little and only have a moment or 2 where i can actually relax, mostly if i take 5 mg of valium. but... i dont want to become dependent on this drug as its bad enough that i need to take pain medication every 5 hours for pain issues that i deal with. any ideas on how to slow my brain down naturally? i have been on abilify for 12 years and came off of it slowly after finding that it was causing me diabetic problems and i know this has something to do with this issue, so i refuse to risk taking any other anti-depressants knowing well that all of them have bad health concerns. now my other problem is that i smoke and since this feeling of euphoria has set in i have increased my smoking 3 fold so im back to risking my health again, help!!!
